The 2025 PIPTA Conference and Expo will be held in Eugene, Oregon Tuesday, October 21 through Thursday, October 23, 2025. As part of our dedication to advancing the parking and transportation industry, we are seeking proposals for educational sessions that will contribute to a robust conference and represent the diversity of the PIPTA membership.

We are looking for presenters to share their expertise in the parking and transportation industry by:

• Illustrating recent case studies

• Demonstrating successful planning and problem solving in mobility and parking

• Describing good financial acumen

• Exploring alternative transportation modes

• Sharing implementation successes and failures

• Identifying innovative technologies and their use cases

• Offering personal development to attendees

• Successfully implementing sustainability and green initiatives

• Engaging and collaborating across a diverse community

• Identifying future trends and predictions

• Implementing policy and regulation updates

Traditional presentations are welcome; however we also encourage submittals for interactive presentations that promote participation such as panel and roundtable discussions. This could also include live polling, small group breakouts, etc.

These sessions should focus on education and development and should not be used to promote products or services.  Exhibit space and sponsorships are available for promotional activity. If you are a supplier of products or services, please be sure your session content is not based on your products, services, or proprietary information.

Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:

• Overall quality

• Educational focus

• Presentation structure

• Relevance to current and emerging trends in parking, mobility and transportation

• Presentation skill and experience of the proposed speaker(s)

• Applicability to a diverse audience

Presenters will not receive speaking fees or reimbursement for any expenses, including but not limited to conference registration fees. Selected presenters will be asked to sign the PIPTA presenter Pledge. All proposals must be submitted online. File Upload is optional and can be used to attach your presentation (if available) or additional information you would like submitted for review.
